Our Managing Director has over 30 years of experience and is also the principal of a private equity fund, that provides second-charge fixed return equity loans to developers, enabling CBS to deliver structured finance for developers looking to borrow up to 90- 100% of the construction and professional fees for their developments throughout the UK

Charlotte Dunn

Operations Director

Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience working in public, private and third sector multi-disciplinary corporate industries in Senior Leadership and Director roles. Charlotte is also a Chartered member of the CIPD and specialises in contract and employment law, strategic and operational leadership.

Hari Patel

Consultant Senior Director

Hari has over 30 years’ experience in corporate financial services in London, having worked across diverse Institutional lenders; sectors; and commercial banking propositions. Hari’s extensive corporate career includes working as a Commercial Banking Director at Metro Bank, & Bank of Scotland in London, and finally at HSBC working with multi-national corporate clients. Prior to joining CBS Capital, Hari had served at three of London’s premier Debt Advisory businesses including Knight Frank – the global Real Estate advisory business.

Jason has 25 years of experience in strategic and immediate land acquisition, housing projects, mixed-use investment/development, and primary BTR project delivery for clients such as Legal and General. He’s consulted for major UK real estate clients, investment funds, and Housebuilders like Barratt and St Modwen. Jason is also experienced in land purchase, agency, planning, and development negotiations. He has an extensive network of contacts and clients in the UK’s real estate, development, legal, debt advisory, and investment sectors, gained during senior positions with financial services companies.
