Our Managing Director has over 30 years of experience and is also the principal of a private equity fund, that provides second-charge fixed return equity loans to developers, enabling CBS to deliver structured finance for developers looking to borrow up to 90- 100% of the construction and professional fees for their developments throughout the UK

Operations Director
Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience working in public, private and third sector multi-disciplinary corporate industries in Senior Leadership and Director roles. Charlotte is also a Chartered member of the CIPD and specialises in contract and employment law, strategic and operational leadership.

Hari has over 30 years’ experience in corporate financial services in London, having worked across diverse Institutional lenders; sectors; and commercial banking propositions.
